A study carried out by the manufacturer of Smart cars in partnership with Germany’s RheinGold Institute, has demonstrated that Porto residents are the happiest in Europe.
The study questioned 3,300 people from 31 different cities. Porto obtained the best classification with 86 points.
The classifications awarded to the cities range from 0 to 100. The residents’ happiness was evaluated using criteria such as available infrastructure in the city, social contrasts and the vitality of the cities.
