Located in the historic centre of Porto, these modern, cosy apartments have been built within an 18th century (1701 to 1800) building and have a sofa, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, DVD player, private bathroom with a hair dryer, fully-equipped kitchenette (including a microwave, fridge, hob, oven, cutlery, coffee machine and an area for meals), views of the city and a balcony with a full view of the Douro River. This building is very well located as it is close to a number of restaurants where you can sample traditional dishes, such as the 'Francesinha' (a special toasted sandwich with a secret recipe sauce) and tapas. If you want to visit the city’s historic buildings, Oporto Home - River Front is also only a nine-minute walk to Torre dos Clérigos, which is also next to Galerias de Paris, renowned for its nightlife. In terms of transport, you can walk to São Bento Railway Station in eight minutes. If you have a car, there are public car parks 50 metres away from the apartments.
